John Williamson of Safety & Training P/L was recommended to The Lansdowne PastoralCompany Pty Ltd in late 2019 to undertake:

• An 0 H &S program review & update
• Supervise our induction program

John was able to quickly:

• Review
• Assess
• Visit the property
• Then implement progressively the required procedures

On his initial visit to the property in South East Queensland, he also undertook the inductionprocesses:

• Issue certificates to employees
• Standardize the procedures required on the station
• Provided a report to the Board & Station Management
