To whom it may concern. Safety & Training PL, has been an extremely valuable resource for Downer Utilities with respect to a number of projects over the past several years. John not only supplied his knowledge and ability to the Safety Management of the projects on over 15 different projects including Transmission, Sub Stations and Solar Farms in both Qld & NSW., but when needed would also step in to the Construction Managers role. This was very important to the project as he would take the leadership of the crews and the project to the next level. When required John would deal with any issues that might arise including the investigation of any incidents. John would also train the crews with Safe Work at Heights, Tower rescue, Pole rescue, CPR, LV rescue, Chainsaw (levels 1 &2) and conduct all VOC’s. This provided savings to the project as John was on site and all courses were run through an RTO which gave Downer access to quality training at a reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend Safety & Training P/L for any company looking for the Safety Management, Environmental Management and Training requirements.
